    1. Strike Senate Conservation Committee Amendment 3.

    2. On page 3, line 9, strike "eleven" and insert in lieu thereof "fourteen".

    3. On page 3, line 19, strike "and".

    4. On page 3, line 21, after the semicolon, insert:

"and a representative of a state-based property insurance carrier trade association, appointed by the state forester, after consulting with the office of superintendent of insurance;".

    5. On page 4, line 15, after the semicolon, insert:

"the director of the state-based property insurance carrier trade association represented in the study group;".
